There is so much more to horses than just saddling up and riding.

At Edgewater Farms, we focus on the whole horse experience: care, communication building confidence, meaningful friendships, and riding. We believe in considering all aspects of the horse, from his physical well being to his softness and willingness in the saddle.

In our lesson program you will learn how to handle and understand a horse. This includes how groom, feed, and maintain a healthy horse as well as be a balanced and centered rider. Our students learn skills that will benefit them in all disciplines of riding, such as English, western, and pleasure riding, by developing their feel, timing and balance. Our heart is to help riders and owners engage with all aspects of the horse to make the experience both rewarding and fulfilling.

Edgewater farms is a picturesque facility located just north and east of Berlin, and only 16 minutes west of Oshkosh. It is nestled along the Fox River with rolling hills and many private trails and an indoor and outdoor arena to enjoy with your horse. The atmosphere of the stable is always friendly, helpful and quiet. Relax after work and let us do the chores.
